Jennifer brings more than 20 years of accounting and financial management experience, with a specialized focus in Homeowners Association (HOA) and community association accounting. She has extensive expertise in financial reporting, budget preparation, reserve analysis support, and regulatory compliance for community associations, ensuring boards and property managers receive accurate and timely financial information to guide decision-making.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has worked across industries including HOA management, healthcare, and manufacturing, giving her a broad perspective on financial operations and internal controls. She is known for her attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and skill in streamlining complex accounting processes, particularly in high-volume association environments.
Jennifer is highly proficient in association accounting systems such as CINC Systems and Vantaca, as well as financial platforms including PDI, Sage and Microsoft Excel. Her core strengths include monthly financial reporting for boards, budget development, financial forecasting, account reconciliation, audit preparation, and month-end close management. She is passionate about helping associations maintain financial transparency, strong internal controls, and long-term financial stability.
Jennifer holds an MBA in Project Management and is currently a pursuing a Doctorate in Servant Leadership. Her commitment to accuracy, accountability, and service makes her a trusted financial partner to community association boards and management teams.
Outside of her professional work, Jennifer is actively involved in her community. She also enjoys crafting custom wreaths and treasures time with her daughter, who continues to inspire her dedication to both family and service.

Wendy Greenaway
Wendy brings more than 20 years of experience in homeowners association (HOA) and community association management, with a strong background in board relations, property operations, and regulatory compliance. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with HOA boards, homeowners, and service providers to ensure communities are well-managed, financially stable, and aligned with governing documents and state regulations.
Her expertise includes board meeting coordination, vendor management, contract oversight, covenant enforcement, and strategic planning for community operations. Wendy is known for her ability to navigate complex association issues while maintaining clear communication with board members and homeowners. Her proactive approach helps communities operate efficiently while preserving property values and maintaining positive relationships among residents.
With decades of hands-on experience in the HOA industry, Wendy understands the unique challenges community associations face and is dedicated to helping boards make informed decisions that support the long-term success of their communities.
Outside of work, Wendy enjoys spending time with family and friends and takes pride in building strong relationships both professionally and within the communities she serves.
